Chauvet NetX-II

The Chauvet NetX-II is an ethernet-to-DMX node that can also act as a merger for two lighting controllers. It also has the ability to record 10 DMX presets, which can be triggered remotely.

If you’re limited by the number of DMX outputs on your lighting controller, the NetX-II allows you to deliver 8 DMX universes to a stage over a single network cable. This can also help to reduce excessive cable runs.

In this series of articles, we give you an overview of the Chauvet NetX-II and discuss how we use it in our setup. You’ll find plenty of helpful hints and tips to get you started.
